Welcome to Ribcollar Inflatables! Ribcollar specialises in the production of Hypalon inflatable tubes for Rigid Inflatable Boat (RIB) manufacturer and aftermarket applications. Whether for leisure, commercial, or military use, we can manufacture a collar to your specifications.
Manufacturing
Our inflatable collars are meticulously crafted through a precise process. Initially, shapes are cut from a roll of Pennel Flipo Orca Hypalon fabric using a CNC cutter, adhering to a predefined pattern. These cut pieces are then expertly assembled by hand, employing the industry-standard cold bonding method with Bostik adhesive. This meticulous approach ensures the attainment of their ultimate desired shape and quality.
Quality Control
There are many other steps in the process, but at the conclusion the end collars undergo a series of quality control checks to ensure they meet our rigorous standards. Once approved, the final inflatable tubes are either packaged and shipped to a boat builder for on-site attachment to a Rigid Inflatable Boat, or alternatively, we undertake the fitting and dressing process ourselves.
