Aftermarket RIB Tubes – Tube in a Box

For the retube market, boatyards and trade suppliers, our Tube in a Box service offers a fast and effective way to replace worn collars. We can build new Hypalon tubes to match existing designs using our extensive pattern library, or by templating the original set. Each replacement tube is manufactured to your specification and supplied ready for fitting, giving you a straightforward aftermarket solution for retube and sponson replacement projects. For in-service fleets needing refurbishment, we offer commercial RIB retubing with rapid turnaround and full quality assurance documentation.

Scanning and Templating Existing Tubes

When an exact match is required, we disassemble and scan the original tubes to create an accurate digital template. The design is then CNC cut from Orca Hypalon and assembled to your chosen specification, with Leafield inflation and pressure relief valves included. Once complete, the new tube is boxed and shipped with a fitting kit, giving you everything needed to complete the RIB retube or collar replacement in-house.
